I live and breathe Yoga. I’ve practiced for nearly a decade, and run a large yoga studio community with my family for the past seven years. You’ll never need to explain to me what a Nidra is, why Ahimsa is an important part of your messaging, or the difference in marketing Ashtanga and Yin styles of yoga.
