Hello, I’m Laura. I founded Santosha Marketing to help you create marketing that feels good.
I am on a misson to help yoga & pilates teachers understand how to do marketing. It’s that simple.
90% of my calls begin with a teacher telling me they hate marketing. I understand you never imagined this is what running your business would look like. You thought you would be teaching, not faffing about with tech.

Who is Santosha Marketing for?
I created this business for small, heart-led businesses in the world of wellness — yoga teachers and studios, Pilates instructors, sound healers, therapists, and other wellbeing professionals.
With over 14 years in marketing and 9 years managing a yoga studio, I know both sides: the hustle of running a small wellness business and the overwhelm that can come with trying to promote it.
