This is my world. I live and breathe yoga, pilates, breathwork, sound baths, massages, holistic living. I talk about it all day, every day.
The most important thing to me is treating you like an individual and getting to know who you are as a business, as a person and what you would benefit from.
I closed the door on a successful corporate career because I wanted to spend more time working with female small business owners.
You will find me to be encouraging, kind, patient and always ready to tell you to keep going when it seems tough and you need a boost.

I started working with Laura in September 2024, and straight away I noticed she had so much knowledge and experience of working with the well-being industry. I had an initial call and came to the conclusion that I needed my website completely rebuilt, refreshed and updated so that I could easily make changes myself.
